Salon suite Leasing Specialist

Job Overview Hair by Mo Dawkins is seeking a motivated, results-driven Leasing Specialist to fill available salon suites at our established salon suite facility in Houston, TX. This is an independent contractor (1099), commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential. Generate qualified leads for available salon suites Respond promptly to inquiries Schedule and conduct property tours Follow up with prospective tenants Negotiate and secure signed lease agreements Build relationships with hairstylists, barbers, estheticians, lash artists, nail technicians, makeup artists, PMU artists, massage therapists, and other beauty professionals Maintain communication throughout the leasing process Work independently to meet leasing goals Previous leasing, property management, apartment leasing, commercial leasing, or salon suite leasing experience preferred Sales or business development experience Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable networking and generating leads through social media and community outreach Self-starter with the ability to work independently Organized and goal-oriented Experience using Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, TikTok, or other marketing platforms is a plus Beauty industry knowledge is a plus but not required
