Salon Stylist

**Overview:** SmartStyle, operated by Quantum Merit Enterprises, Inc., is seeking talented and licensed stylists who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and advancing their careers in a supportive, growth-focused environment. **Responsibilities:** * Provide professional haircare services, including cutting, coloring, highlighting, and waxing * Conduct thorough client consultations * Maintain a friendly, guest-focused environment * Utilize modern tools, techniques, and salon technology * Assist with end-of-day administrative tasks **Qualifications:** * Valid Nevada Cosmetology or Barber License * Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends) * Strong communication and basic administrative skills * Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and work with fragrances/chemicals **Benefits:** * Average earnings of $23-$43/hr.
