MPGE 350 Trolley Line Blvd Mashantucket, CT 06338, USAResponsibilitiesProvide professional, high‑quality hair care services to clients under the direction of the Spa Director.Act as ambassadors of hospitality and goodwill, executing the standards of excellence for each guest.Perform hair styling services including cutting, styling, and color application.May receive training and provide additional spa treatments such as hydrotherapy, body wraps, exfoliation, nail services and treatments, etc., based on education and certifications.Use own service utensils and tools, including uniform, curling and flat irons, shears, clippers, brushes, combs, clips, hot/cold and wet/dry rollers.Maintain a clean, organized work station and adhere to spa operational procedures.QualificationsHigh‑school diploma or GED required.Minimum of three years of service‑provider experience with proven proficiency and mastery of cutting, styling, and color application in a spa, salon, or related beauty industry.Valid, unencumbered CT state Beautician (Cosmetology) license.General knowledge of spa operations, equipment, products, and procedures.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients simultaneously.Computer and keyboard proficiency for reservation software.Physical ability to push, pull, tug, and carry 50 lbs.Capacity to perform a minimum of five hours of consecutive treatments.Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (95% of the time).Adequate hearing, speech, and mobility to perform duties and responsibilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
