Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, coloring, and special occasion styles with precision and flair Apply hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and hair threading techniques to enhance client looks Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools and workstations in accordance with salon protocols Use salon software such as Salon Ultimate to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering professional advice on styles and products, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Upsell retail products like hair care items and accessories to meet client needs while supporting store sales goals Mentorship provide by senior stylist with over 14 years. Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, and advanced techniques like balayage or highlights Knowledge of salon software systems such as Salon Ultimate for appointment booking and client management Strong understanding of sanitation practices and safety protocols within a salon setting Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and build lasting relationships Ability to manage retail sales through retail math skills and upselling strategies Familiarity with store management responsibilities including front desk duties and mentoring team members Current client list if you are relocating from another salon is a plus.
