Deliver a variety of beauty and haircare options, including cutting, styling, coloring, treatments, extensions, makeup services, and ear piercing.Attain or surpass service and sales benchmarks by offering exceptional guest experiences and suggesting product options.Exhibit business acumen by aiding promotional and marketing efforts within the salon to drive success.Enhance your guest consultations by staying informed about industry updates, services, and products.Develop solid rapport with guests by providing customized consultations and expert recommendations.Coordinate efforts with various beauty specialists to deliver a well-rounded experience to customers.Ensure conformity with safety, sanitation, and company policies, as well as regulations imposed by the state board.Keep the salon and other specified areas tidy and in a state of readiness.Make use of scheduling systems to foster repeat patronage and involvement in on-site happenings.Qualifications and Experience of Salon Stylist:
