Provide exceptional services by consulting with clients and applying the appropriate techniques.Participate in local marketing initiatives such as coupon campaigns and client appreciation events.Educate clients on home hair care and recommend products that will help them maintain their style.Ensure each client receives excellent customer service, building loyalty and satisfaction.Complete administrative tasks promptly, including ticket closing and appointment scheduling.Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and leadership.Meet or exceed productivity standards set by Regis.Perform all services offered at the salon and maintain flexibility with scheduling, including nights and weekends.Attend all required training sessions and follow established policies and procedures.Required Skills and Qualifications:

A strong team player who can also work independently.Ability to market yourself to build your clientele.Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Consistent and excellent customer service abilities.Ability to multi-task efficiently to complete salon duties.Willingness to learn new techniques and stay current with industry trends.Physical ability to bend, sit, twist, turn, lift (10-15 pounds), and stand for extended periods.Experience:

Stylist-in-Training - No more than 90 days from graduating from cosmetology school.Stylist - Must have a current cosmetology or barber's license.Education:

Valid cosmetology or barber's license is required (or must be less than 90 days from graduation).All Stylists/Stylists-in-Training must complete required training set by Regis.*Supercuts (SC) Stylists/Stylists-in-Training must complete the Hair Stylist Academy (HSA) program and receive a certification.Work Location:
