The space is suited to lash extension artists, eyebrow artists, and other qualified beauty professionals. You’ll manage your services, schedule, client relationships, and day-to-day station upkeep while creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
Duties
Provide services within your area of expertise, such as eyelash extensions, hair threading, makeup application, nail care, hair styling, barbering, tattooing, or aesthetic treatments, as applicable to your qualifications.
Manage bookings, client communication, guest services, and front desk tasks using salon software; experience with Millennium or MINDBODY is helpful.
Maintain a clean, organized station and follow sanitation practices appropriate to your services.
Support your practice through social media management, retail sales, product demos, and thoughtful upselling when relevant.
Your impact: Delivering attentive, skilled service helps clients feel welcomed and confident in their chosen beauty or wellness services.
Requirements
Experience working in the beauty industry and strong customer service, communication, and hospitality skills.
Relevant skills may include cosmetology, color theory, body waxing, hair extensions, straight razor techniques, or deep tissue massage.
Specialized experience may include chemical peels, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatment, botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, or injection administration; nursing may be relevant where required for the service.
Management, salon software, and client communication experience are useful; Millennium and MINDBODY familiarity is preferred.
