In this pivotal role, you will manage front desk operations, coordinate appointments, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure every guest feels valued and pampered from the moment they walk through our doors.

This part time, SATURDAYS ONLY position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to beauty, relaxation, and personal care.

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
Answer phone promptly, scheduling appointments efficiently and with excellent phone etiquette and clear communication.
Manage appointment bookings using computer software, including calendar management and scheduling adjustments.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including following salon procedures and collecting and folding laundry.
Supporting staff by checking out clients by processing payments and rebooking clients.
