Our Front Desk and Guest Experience Coordinator is the first and last point of contact for our clients and plays an essential role in the daily success of the spa. Welcome clients warmly and create a gracious, professional first impressionCheck clients in and out efficiently and accuratelyAnswer and manage a multi-line phone system with polished phone etiquetteSchedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments accurately using MeevoManage client notes, waitlists, appointment changes, and provider schedulesProcess payments, gift cards, packages, and retail purchasesReconcile the point-of-sale system, cash drawer, and daily sales at the end of the shiftDevelop a strong working knowledge of Spa Elysium’s services, products, pricing, and policiesAnswer client questions and help clients select appropriate servicesSupport rebooking and retail sales in a helpful, nonpressuring mannerCommunicate closely with stylists, therapists, technicians, and other team members to help the day run smoothlyRespond to routine client concerns with patience and good judgment, involving a manager when appropriateComplete opening or closing procedures as assignedKeep the front desk, waiting area, and retail space clean, organized, and guest-readyWhat we are looking for Consistent attendance, punctuality, and dependable follow-throughA warm, composed, and professional manner with excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailThe ability to manage interruptions and several priorities without becoming flusteredConfidence using computers, email, scheduling systems, and point-of-sale technologyAccuracy when handling appointments, payments, and daily reconciliationA cooperative attitude and comfort working closely with a teamWillingness to learn Spa Elysium’s services and productsAvailability to work Wednesday - Saturday each weekPreferred experience What days and hours are you regularly available, including evenings and weekends?Why are you interested in working at Spa Elysium?Please briefly describe a time you helped resolve a difficult or disappointing customer experience.Applications may be submitted through Indeed or sent to [email protected] We look forward to hearing from you.
