Job Type: Full-Time Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.Schedule hair, spa, and aesthetic appointments while optimizing provider schedules.Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.Build lasting relationships with guests by learning their preferences and creating personalized experiences.Educate guests on salon services, spa treatments, memberships, retail products, and seasonal promotions.Encourage pre-booking, memberships, retail recommendations, and future appointments to help guests maintain their results.Process payments, maintain guest records, and ensure appointment details are accurate.Support stylists, aestheticians, and providers to keep the day running smoothly.Help maintain a beautiful, organized, and welcoming reception and retail area.Resolve guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to exceptional service.Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture where everyone works together to create an unforgettable guest experience.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys making people feel special.
