SALON & SPA ATTENDANT/HOUSEKEEPER



We are seeking a dedicated and attentive Salon & Spa Attendant/Housekeeper to join our team at Julien Farel Restore Salon & Spa. The Salon & Spa Attendant/Housekeeper plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and overall smooth operation of the salon/spa. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our clients.



This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the top salons/spas in the United States, our 10,000 square foot beauty and wellness mecca is located at the Loews Regency Hotel – on Park Avenue, NYC.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure a safe and clean environment in of all areas of the salon, including spa areas, fitness facilities, common areas and back of house in accordance with standard procedures and protocols.
Support salon/spa operations with laundry, inventory organization, and supply ordering as needed.
Replenish towels, beverages and guest amenities throughout the salon and spa areas.
Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and guest courtesy at all times.
Assists in all areas of spa operations as requested by management.
Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
Assist in setting up and breaking down equipment for events and activities.



QUALIFICATIONS



Enthusiastic, service-oriented and a positive attitude
Previous luxury salon, spa or hospitality experience
Highly responsible and reliable
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently with grace and a smile
Flexible in schedule and shifts as we are open 7 days/week
Availability to work a minimum of 4 day per week, Fridays and Saturdays are REQUIRED
Effective communicator and team player
Highly organized and detail oriented
