Drybar Fredericksburg is hiring an energetic, people‑loving Bartender (front desk + sales). If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with guests, and love sales, this role is for you.

About the Role


As a Bartender, you are the first and last impression for every guest. You’ll manage check-ins, drive sales, support stylists, and help deliver the signature Drybar experience.

Responsibilities


Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out
Educate clients on memberships, add-ons, and styling products
Drive sales of retail, tools, and memberships
Manage phones, appointments, and POS transactions
Support shop flow and assist stylists with timing and client pairing
Serve complimentary beverages and maintain a fun, bar-like atmosphere
Maintain cleanliness of the shop and retail displays
Restock, merchandise, and assist with inventory tasks
Uphold Drybar standards and core values
Attend mandatory shop meetings
Train new Bartenders when assigned

Qualifications


High-energy, friendly, and people-oriented
Sales-driven with a goal-focused mindset
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Tech-comfortable; able to use POS systems confidently
Reliable, punctual, and available on weekends
Able to stand/walk for 6–8 hour shifts
Hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred (not required)
Integrity, trustworthiness, and strong problem-solving skills
Team-oriented with a “can-do” attitude
