A Robert Cromeans Salon Inc in San Diego, CA is looking for a dynamic and creative Salon Reservationist & Social Media Content Creator to be the voice and face of our brand — over the phone, online & in person. If you're organized, charismatic, and social-media savvy, we want to hear from you! Manage salon reservation scheduling, cancellations, and confirmations via phone, email, and booking platforms Deliver exceptional guest experiences through warm, professional guest communication using our salon dialogue Capture behind-the-scenes salon content including transformations, team highlights, and promotions Create and curate engaging social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (this content submitted to our social media manager) Collaborate with stylists and salon leadership to promote services, events, and special offers Track front desk metrics and assist with administrative duties as needed Develop \"Guest Eyes\" to make sure the salon always looks it best for every guest, every time Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced salon environment Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts, preferably for a business or brand Proficiency with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Strong photography, video editing, and content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools a plus) Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced salon environment Passion for people, especially hairdressers About Us:
