Embellish Nails & Boutique is Austin's original upscale natural nail salon. Founded in 2008, we emphasize quality nail care in a stylish and safe environment. Our boutique offers our busy customers one-stop-shopping for women's apparel & gifts featuring beloved brands like Kendra Scott jewelry, El Arroyo gifts and Capri Blue candles.
We're looking for a Front Desk Keyholder for our Embellish location on Anderson Lane (3010 W Anderson Ln Austin, TX 78757) and our Westlake location (3663 Bee Cave Rd Austin, TX 78746)
FRONT DESK JOB DUTIES/REQUIREMENTS:
Greeting customers
Accurately and efficiently booking appointments using appointment booking software
Processing in boutique merchandise
Assisting customers with boutique purchases
Checking customers out using our Point of Sale system
Ensuring excellent customer service
KEY HOLDER SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Reconciling cash drawer, credit card receipt and service commissions each night; resolving any monetary discrepancy
Addressing customer concerns on the spot and problem solving in the moment to make sure the customer leaves happy
AVAILABILITY:
We're primarily looking for Key Holders to work Wed-Friday 1-7, Thursdays 3-9 and Saturdays 10-6 . The occasional Sunday may be needed.
Additional shifts may be available in the afternoons and early evenings during the week
COMPENSATION:
Competitive hourly wage of $16 and up based on experience, job responsibilities & training requirements
40% discount on boutique purchases
50% discount on mani pedi services
