Our Salon Receptionists are passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every client. In this role, you will check clients in and out, schedule appointments, maintain cleanliness throughout the salon, and respond to phone calls and text messages. • Learn and maintain strong knowledge of services, memberships, and products. • Support back of house upkeep, including laundry, disposables, and maintaining a clean work environment. • Answer client questions about appointments, and before and after service care.
