Salon.B, an award-winning boutique hair salon in Naples, Florida, is hiring a full-time Salon Receptionist to join our growing team!
We're looking for someone friendly, outgoing, organized, and dependable who loves working with people and enjoys a busy, upbeat salon environment.
This is more than a traditional front desk receptionist job. You'll help with appointment scheduling, customer service, client check-ins, retail sales, and daily salon operations while supporting our hairstylists.

What You'll Be Doing
Front Desk & Customer Service
Welcome clients and create a great first impression
Answer phones and assist with appointment scheduling
Manage salon bookings, confirmations, and client inquiries
Check clients in and out and process payments
Assist with retail sales and appointment rebooking
Help keep our front desk organized and running smoothly
Salon Operations & Team Support
Open the salon and prepare for the day
Assist hairstylists with shampooing and basic salon support
Keep the salon clean, organized, and welcoming
Help with laundry, towels, and product restocking
Support daily salon operations and jump in wherever needed
Who We're Looking For
Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
Reliable, punctual, and committed to a consistent full-time schedule
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized and comfortable multitasking
Comfortable answering phones and using computers
Positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team
Previous salon receptionist, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
Willing to learn! We're happy to train the right person.

Work Schedule
Full-Time | Tuesday through Saturday
Start Time: 8:45 AM
This position requires consistent availability during our salon's operating days, including Saturdays.
As our business continues to grow, we have plans to expand our operating days in the future.
