Salon Receptionist

Overview

We are looking for a full time receptionist to work Tuesday- Friday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm, with some Saturdays. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Salon Receptionist to join our vibrant team! Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, providing information or directing calls efficiently
Manage appointment scheduling using calendar management software, ensuring optimal flow of client bookings
Handle client check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain organized filing systems for client records, receipts, and other administrative documents
Support front desk operations by managing incoming messages and inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions or concerns promptly and courteously

Requirements

Daytime and some Saturdays required
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting
Previous experience preferred
Exceptional phone reception skills with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette expertise
Strong client communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanor
Experience in customer support is a plus
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
