Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures

Manage appointment scheduling using salon management software, ensuring optimal calendar flow

Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and booking appointments

Maintain accurate client records through word processing, filing, and data entry

Handle client inquiries, provide excellent customer support, and communicate effectively in bilingual settings if applicable

Support office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing supplies

Assist with general administrative duties including calendar management, time management, and clerical support to staff

Experience

Prior office management or administrative experience in a customer service environment preferred

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word.

Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette essential

Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
