As the first point of contact for our esteemed clients, you'll play a crucial role in providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless salon experience for every guest.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Greet and welcome clients, making them feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
Manage the daily flow of the salon, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a high level of efficiency.
Offer and prepare a variety of beverages for clients.
Handle appointment bookings over the phone and in-person, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist clients with appointment changes and address any questions or concerns over the phone.
Process client payments and maintain a secure and organized payment system.
Troubleshoot computer and sales Point-of-Sale (POS) issues to ensure a seamless checkout process.
Uphold cleanliness standards to ensure a spotless and inviting work area.
Learn and become proficient in the high-end hair products carried by the salon.
Familiarize yourself with the range of services provided by the salon to effectively address client inquiries.
Requirements:
Availability through the summer and fall seasons.
Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and Saturdays (a must).
A keen sense of fashion and a presentable appearance to align with the salon's upscale image.
Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
Exceptional communication skills to engage with clients and colleagues effectively.
Preferred candidate should have graduated from high school.
Prior experience in the salon or beauty industry is a bonus, but not mandatory.
