Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Receptionist to be the face of Amore' Wax & Wellness. In this role, you’ll greet clients, manage appointments, and ensure our salon runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a positive attitude every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and handle client inquiries via phone, email,social media and in-person.
Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a pristine and inviting salon environment.
Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and restocking products.
Promote and sell salon services and products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless daily operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a receptionist or in sales.
Outgoing, genuine, and passionate about building connections with clients.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Comfortable with light cleaning and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with salon or spa environments is preferred but not required.
Proficient with basic computer systems (e.g., scheduling software, POS systems).
