Salon Receptionist

Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere Manage multi-line phone systems to handle appointment bookings, inquiries, and cancellations with professionalism Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments using salon management software and calendar tools Maintain accurate records of client information, appointments, and service history through data entry and filing systems Assist with office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence Support customer support efforts by addressing client questions or concerns promptly and courteously Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other relevant software to streamline daily operations Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with strong clerical skills Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and prioritize tasks efficiently Proficiency in computer literacy including typing speed, data entry, proofreading, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Knowledge of bookkeeping or QuickBooks is a plus for handling basic financial transactions or record-keeping Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude Join us as a Salon Receptionist and be part of a lively team committed to delivering outstanding service while supporting the daily operations of our salon.
