Established in 2005 by Larella Ellsworth, Tigerlily is home to over 15 service providers. We provide completely customizable services including bespoke haircutting, color including blonding, gray coverage, and vivids, smoothing hair treatments, wedding day services, facial waxing and more! Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role located in San Luis Obispo, CA. Strong customer service and communication skills to greet clients professionally and effectively address their inquiries.Proficiency in receptionist duties and phone etiquette, including managing a busy phone line and appointment scheduling.Experience with clerical skills such as data entry, organizing records, and basic administrative tasks.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.Previous experience in a salon or similar customer-facing environment is preferred but not required.
