Salon Assistant/Receptionist at Salon Beau Location Andover, MA Work Location This is an entry-level position with strong growth potential for someone serious about building a long-term career in the beauty industry.About the Role This is a hands‑on, client‑facing position. Daily Responsibilities • Assisting stylists with services • Shampooing and preparing clients • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the salon • Laundry, cleaning, and restocking (a large part of the role, especially in the beginning) • Supporting front desk operations and guest experience Requirements • Must hold a valid cosmetology license • Must have reliable transportation • Must be available to work the following schedule: Tuesday & Wednesday: 12pm–8pm, Thursday & Friday: 12pm–6pm What We're Looking For • A fast learner who can take direction well • Someone extremely hardworking and team‑oriented • Positive attitude and strong communication skills • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment • Willingness to start with foundational tasks and grow from there Benefits • Opportunities for advancement Growth Opportunity
