MjjM Salons is on the lookout for enthusiastic, confident, and dedicated individuals to join our team in enhancing the salon experience for our clients. As the first point of contact, you will warmly welcome guests upon their arrival, provide information about our services, retail offerings, and pricing, and efficiently process transactions. You will lead the management of guest flow within the salon, ensuring effective communication until each guest is comfortably seated with their stylist. Additional responsibilities include assisting in retail management, maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and performing various administrative tasks. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, effective communication abilities, proficiency with computers and point of sale systems, and the capacity to handle clients with poise and a smile, especially during peak times!
