We are seeking an experienced Salon & Property Manager for our Westwood location to oversee daily operations, manage the property, support retail presentation, and serve as the primary point of contact for beauty professionals in the salon community. Oversee daily operations of the salon and maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphereSupport licensees (independent beauty professionals) by addressing questions, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer serviceMonitor salon standards including cleanliness, organization, and presentationProperty & Facility Oversight Build positive relationships with beauty professionals and foster a supportive environmentProvide clear, calm, and professional communication when handling concerns or conflictsAssist with onboarding new members and supporting move-ins or move-outsRetail & Visual Merchandising Friendly, professional, and highly motivatedConfident managing a diverse community of beauty professionalsSkilled at problem solving and addressing issues directlyComfortable maintaining a consistent presence in a busy, people-oriented environmentAble to stay composed under pressure and handle unexpected situationsCompensation & Benefits Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $27.00-$29.00 per hour
