We are seeking an experienced Salon & Property Manager to oversee daily operations, manage the property, support retail presentation, and serve as the primary point of contact for beauty professionals in the salon community. Oversee daily operations of the salon and maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere Support licensees (independent beauty professionals) by addressing questions, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service Monitor salon standards including cleanliness, organization, and presentation Beauty industry management experience Experience in residential leasing, commercial leasing, or property management Retail merchandising or sales management experience Basic accounting or bookkeeping abilities
