Job Summary of Salon Professional:

The main responsibility of this position is to deliver high-quality beauty services and provide guests with an outstanding experience. This includes conducting personalized consultations, recommending products and services, and expertly executing salon treatments. The role supports leadership in achieving performance goals, maintaining guest service standards, and following compliance procedures, while promoting a harmonious salon environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Salon Professional:

Provide a wide variety of salon options, ranging from design and cutting to coloring, texture treatments, styling services, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup application, and ear piercing as required.Achieve or surpass $1250 in average weekly sales by focusing on exceptional customer service and ensuring guest happiness.Encourage guest involvement by conducting interactive demonstrations of products and suggesting complementary services.Participate in special store events and promotions that have been created to enhance the overall guest experience and satisfaction.Stay abreast of beauty trends and products to offer informed and relevant consultations to your guests.Cultivate lasting guest loyalty and champion Ulta Beauty’s loyalty programs and mobile platform.Engage in collaboration with colleagues and retail staff to ensure guests receive complete and uninterrupted assistance.Maintain a firm dedication to upholding safety, hygiene, and compliance standards throughout the salon.Ensure that the salon and assigned areas are clean and ready for use by communicating supply needs and maintaining cleanliness standards.Qualifications and Experience of Salon Professional:

An active cosmetology license is a compulsory credential for this position.Applicants must have prior experience working in a salon setting.Experienced with haircutting, coloring, styling, treatments, makeup, and other advanced salon techniques.Experienced in utilizing professional equipment and salon-grade products with precision and safety.Distinguishing oneself with a blend of retail expertise and communication finesse, enabling effective product education and recommendations.Adept at fulfilling customer needs and cultivating lasting relationships.Team player who can be adaptable to support diverse business needs and working hours.Benefits of Salon Professional:
