This role entails providing advanced beauty services and ensuring guests receive exceptional service. Responsibilities include tailored consultations, product and service recommendations, and skilled delivery of salon treatments. The position assists in maintaining performance targets, guest service standards, and compliance procedures, while fostering a collaborative atmosphere in the salon.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Salon Product Expert:

Deliver a diverse array of salon treatments, covering design, cutting, coloring, texture services, treatments, styling services, keratin procedures, extensions, makeup application, and ear piercing where needed.Meet or exceed $1250 in average weekly sales through exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.Drive guest participation by hosting live demonstrations of products and guiding them towards beneficial services.Engage in store promotions and events that are designed to enhance and elevate the interaction with customers.Keep yourself up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products to ensure that your guest consultations are relevant and informed.Form loyal guest partnerships and endorse Ulta Beauty’s loyalty strategies and mobile app.Work in conjunction with peers and the retail team to provide seamless and total support to customers throughout the store.Ensure that safety, cleanliness, and adherence to regulations are consistently followed in the salon.Manage supply needs and cleanliness levels in the salon and designated areas through effective communication and organization.Qualifications and Experience of Salon Product Expert:

Holding an operational cosmetology license is essential for this opportunity.Candidates must possess previous relevant experience in a salon.Skilled at haircutting, coloring, styling, treatments, makeup, and proficient in various advanced salon techniques.Proficient in the safe and effective operation of professional tools and high-quality salon products.Possessing strong skills in both retail and communication, with the capability to inform and guide customers on product selections.Showing a commitment to customer satisfaction and building enduring rapport.Capable of collaborating with colleagues and being flexible to accommodate different business requirements and timelines.Benefits of Salon Product Expert:
