EnvyMe Hair Studio (HydePark) is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Salon Operator to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in creating an exceptional client experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, Not afraid of systems and is wanting to build a career with a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and growth.

This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, system driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding service to both clients and team members. While prior salon experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a desire to learn things the EnvyMe way.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Must reside within 15–20 miles of Hyde Park
Minimum 6 months of customer service, administrative, front desk, or coordinating experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Dependable, punctual, and reliable transportation required
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment
Experience with booking systems (Booker or similar software) is a plus
Sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and provide an exceptional guest experience
Check clients in and out efficiently and accurately
Schedule and confirm appointments
Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email
Support retail sales and product recommendations
Assist with inventory management
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the salon
Track employee time and attendance as directed
Support daily salon operations and administrative tasks
