Go above and beyond to offer exceptional customer service and support to stylists and clients and build long-lasting partnershipsEmpower staff to take ownership of their roles and responsibilities to build trust and camaraderie amongst the teamLeverage top-notch technical proficiency to provide clients with a superior hair cutting experienceMaintaining flexibility allows a salon to accommodate unexpected changes and new clients, while maintaining organization ensures that the salon runs smoothlyEstablishing team goals in the salon is a key factor in motivating employees to work together towards a common objectiveTake the initiative to seek out supplemental education or training to enhance your existing skill setQualifications and Experience:
