Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Solon, OH, for a Salon Operations Manager. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, including experience in supervising and motivating staff Strong organizational skills for maintaining schedules, inventory, and operational efficiency Customer service and interpersonal communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and resolve concerns Knowledge of salon health and safety regulations and best practices Experience in sales or business development, particularly within salon or service industries Proficiency in computer software and tools for scheduling, inventory, and operational reporting Flexibility to adapt to diverse client and team needs, as well as a problem-solving mindset Previous experience in the salon, retail, or hospitality industries is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage
