Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the daily operations of the salon, encouraging a vibrant and productive atmosphere.Inspire and empower your team to grow their clientele and boost business profitability through effective training and support.Provide exceptional hair care services and set the highest standards for quality and customer satisfaction.Act as a mentor, nurturing a positive and collaborative environment for all employees.Oversee hiring, training, conflict resolution, and client relations with professionalism and grace.What We're Looking ForA true leader with excellent customer service skills and the ability to tackle challenges seamlessly.Adept at training and development, ensuring your team performs at their best while keeping a keen eye on business success.A current state/provincial cosmetology or barber license.Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.Tech-savvy with strong administrative capabilities, including closing out systems at the end of the day.Basic literacy and numeracy skills are essential.Willingness to travel for mandatory meetings and training, including overnight stays.Physical RequirementsGood eyesight to assess clients' hair, including color and focus adjustment.Enjoy being active; the role requires standing, lifting, reaching, and the ability to handle up to 25 lbs.Comfortable working with a range of hair care chemicals and fragrances.Important NoticePlease note that you are applying for a position with an independent franchisee of Regis Corporation.
