You are more than a supervisor; you are a career coach.Create a Welcoming Environment: Ensure your salon is a safe, clean, and motivating space to work—adhering to state board and OSHA regulations while maintaining high energy levels. License: Must hold a valid cosmetology license in the state of application.Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.Experience: Preferred minimum of 12 months in a leadership role.Availability: Standard weekly hours are 40 (5 days, 8 hours each day).Physical Stamina: You should be comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive actions throughout your shift.Safety Mindset: Ability to work in a salon environment with exposure to hair chemicals and scents.The Basics: Basic math skills for cash handling/inventory and commitment to attending mandatory training and events.
