An established and successful nail salon is seeking an experienced Salon Operations & Front Desk Manager to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

This is a hands-on leadership position for a professional who understands nail salon operations, customer service, team accountability, and front desk management. We are looking for someone who can step into an active leadership role with minimal training and immediately contribute to the continued success of the business.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, proactive, and capable of leading by example in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of nail salon management experienceFluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)Strong understanding of nail salon operations and workflowsExperience managing front desk operations, appointment flow, and staff schedulingExperience handling customer concerns, conflict resolution, and service recoveryExperience with salon booking and POS softwareStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environmentProfessional appearance and demeanorProven track record of reliability, accountability, and professionalismResponsibilities

Oversee and manage all daily salon operationsActively participate in front desk operations, including client check-in, checkout, appointment scheduling, phone calls, and client communicationsLead, support, and hold team members accountable to company standardsManage appointment flow, staffing needs, and daily schedulingEnsure exceptional customer service and client satisfactionResolve customer concerns professionally and effectivelyMaintain operational systems, procedures, and service standardsAssist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and team developmentMonitor staff performance and provide coaching when necessarySupport business growth through strong operational leadershipFoster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environmentWhat We're Looking For
