An established and successful nail salon is seeking an experienced Salon Operations & Front Desk Manager to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure an exceptional client experience. This is a hands-on leadership position for a professional who understands nail salon operations, customer service, team accountability, and front desk management.
