Job Duties and Responsibilities of Salon Operations Assistant: Support salon professionals with shampooing, treatments, styling, and color services to enhance customer satisfaction and help meet sales goals for the store.- Perform salon services solo once the initial training is complete, incorporating haircuts, coloring, treatments, blowouts, and styling.Deliver customized product recommendations and displays to boost sales and customer satisfaction.Follow the guidelines outlined by the company and the state board to maintain a well-sanitized and orderly salon environment.Support and foster on-site events and marketing initiatives that add value to the guest experience.Partner with team members, skin care practitioners, and sales representatives to provide a unified guest experience in the store.Ensure continuity and conformity by following safety, cleanliness, booking, and service guidelines meticulously.Qualifications and Experience of Salon Operations Assistant: Possession of a valid cosmetology license is necessary.Comprehension of primary salon procedures, tools, and chemicals utilized in services like haircutting, coloring, styling, and beauty treatments.Motivated to enhance abilities in diverse salon service areas, including makeup application and ear piercing where deemed fitting.Having strong communication skills and a goal of building enduring guest relationships.Ability to perform tasks autonomously and also as part of a team effort.Benefits of Salon Operations Assistant:
