Salon Marketing & Operations Manager Lumen Salon We're seeking a full-time Marketing & Operations Manager to bring our brand to life across all platforms, foster client relationships, and keep salon systems running at peak performance. Full-Time | 40 hours/week Hybrid role: In-Salon: 2-3 days/week (client onboarding, filming content, inventory, team meetings) Virtual: 2-3 days/week (social media, email marketing, reporting, client communication) - Flexible work hours with scheduled weekly team check-ins Experience in a luxury service, beauty, or lifestyle brand Fluent in Instagram Reels, TikTok, Pinterest, Canva, Flodesk, and CapCut Organized and highly communicative Strong writing skills and visual eye Experience with Vagaro (or willing to learn) Bonus: background in content creation, social media management, or salon/spa operations Competitive salary based on experience Bonus opportunities tied to growth and engagement metrics Employee discounts on services + products Career development opportunities within the Lumen brand A chance to work with an award-winning, highly respected salon team
