This may change based on support staff availability, but we do our best to maintain a healthy work/life balance schedule and prioritize the schedule needs for this role. 3 or more years in a salon leadership or management roleReal working knowledge of how a salon operates, including services, client flow, and team dynamicsExperience managing small business operations: ordering, budgeting, scheduling, and inventoryFamiliarity with salon management software (Phorest experience is a plus)Comfort with day-to-day business tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, and CanvaA leader who can have hard conversations calmly and fairlyEmotionally steady.
