Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team of stylists — set performance expectations and lead by example on the floor Deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience; resolve escalations with empathy and professionalism Perform children's haircuts, leading and maintaining the brand's quality and safety standards Manage staff scheduling, payroll inputs, and labor efficiency to hit salon targets Own KPIs: average ticket, retail attach rate, rebooking rate, and guest satisfaction scores Manage product inventory, ordering, and loss prevention Drive retail sales, membership/loyalty program enrollment, and upsell initiatives Open and close the salon; ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand compliance at all times Review daily/weekly reporting, communicate results to ownership, and action gaps proactively Experience in a franchise or multi-unit salon environment Children's specialty cutting experience (not required — we'll train the right leader) Familiarity with loyalty/membership-based business models Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus given the San Antonio market Cookie Cutters – Haircuts for Kids · San Antonio, TX · Full-time, on-site What experience do you have running or growing a highly profitable salon?
