FS Cut & Color is a premier national franchise system with over 50 years of excellence and 600+ locations nationwide. We're looking for an experienced, Full-Time Hair Stylist with some Management Background and a current Nevada Cosmetology license to help lead our team.
Responsibilities
Deliver full-service hair care, including expert cutting, styling, color, chemical services, and perms.Manage client flow, ensure appointments and walk-ins receive timely, high-quality care.Stay up to date with the latest industry and cosmetology trends.Maintain pristine personal station and assist with overall salon cleanliness.Assist with front desk operations, including client check-ins, payment processing, and opening/closing procedures.Foster a positive and collaborative salon culture.Address customer inquiries/concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.Train, mentor, and motivate fellow stylists to achieve their personal and salon goals.Requirements
Active Nevada Cosmetology License (REQUIRED).Minimum of 3 years experience as a full-service stylist with proven mastery of expert cutting, styling, advanced color, chemical services, and perms.Strong communication and team-building skills.Proficient with salon POS systems, cash handling, administrative tasks, and social media posting.Understanding of retail sales strategies and inventory management.Nice-to-haves
