We’re seeking a motivated, people-focused leader to join our management team. The Salon Manager is responsible for daily operations and for fostering a culture of excellence that aligns with Design 1’s values and standards of exceptional service. You’ll guide and inspire a talented team of commission-based stylists and spa professionals to deliver the best client experience in the industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership & Coaching – Motivate, mentor, and support commission-based stylists and service providers to meet individual and team performance goals.
Performance Management – Set clear sales and service targets; monitor progress; provide feedback and performance reviews to drive results.
Sales & Revenue Growth – Track key metrics (service revenue, retail sales, rebooking rates, etc.) and implement strategies to boost profitability.
Client Experience Oversight – Ensure every guest receives a consistent, high-quality experience that aligns with Design 1 standards.
Conflict Resolution – Address and resolve team or client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive salon culture.
Compliance & Policies – Uphold salon policies and safety standards for all team members.
Inventory & Operations Management – Oversee product ordering, inventory control, and salon upkeep to support smooth daily operations.
