Weekday shifts 9A-2:30P or 2:30P-7P
Weekend shifts 9A-6P, plus an extra 1P-6P shift
$31.50-$41.50/hr total pay, guaranteed $17.50/hr base plus tips
401(k)
Product sales commission

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced Leader: Prior leadership or management experience (salon experience preferred).Licensed Stylist: Current cosmetology or barber license (as required by state regulations).Cutting Stylist: Ready to work behind the chair alongside your team during assigned shifts.Strong Communicator: Able to share performance updates and feedback with upper management.Results-Driven: Committed to hitting sales goals and driving customer loyalty.Customer-Focused: Delivering top-tier service is your passion.Reliable & Professional: Ready to work weekends, evenings, and peak times.Tech-Smart: Comfortable using salon software for customer check-ins and performance tracking.
