What You’ll Do
Conduct personalized consultations and provide hair restoration services tailored to each client.
Manage salon operations including scheduling, inventory, payroll coordination, and customer experience.
Style, cut, and color according to client preferences and system specifications.
Offer professional recommendations for wigs, toppers, and hair systems.
Maintain a welcoming, professional, and compassionate environment.
Who We’re Looking For
Experience: 5+ years in hair styling, cutting, and coloring. Hair restoration knowledge is a plus.
License: Valid Wisconsin cosmetology license required.
Mindset: Motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others look and feel their best.
Leadership: Confident managing day-to-day operations and ensuring a top-tier client experience.
