PS Salon & Spa is looking for a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a District Leader, within our partnered Senior Living Communities!

Position: Salon Manager / District Leader

Job Type: Full-time 5 days a week

Compensation

$20 an hour for Administrative & District Leader Duties: Up to 8 hours a week. You will receive an hourly rate for all assigned duties when you are NOT working Behind the Chair providing services.Behind the Chair (BTC) Days: Minimum of 4 days a week at a commission rate of 52%. You will be paid the %-based commission rate for every service you perform (or a guaranteed hourly wage - per state, local, federal minimum wage requirements - whichever is higher.)52% commission on your start date but will increase annually thereafter according to company policy.

Position Requirements

MUST HAVE: Valid state Cosmetology license and reliable transportation.Required to do Cosmetology Services behind the chair, minimum of 4 days a week.Retail Sales experience required.Required to do basic manicures and pedicures.Basic email and computer navigation skills required.Experience in a care giving environment (preferred)
