What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire: Oversee daily salon operations while motivating and supporting your team.Work Behind the Chair: Work alongside your team behind the chair, delivering great haircuts and leading by example.Coach & Develop: Train, mentor, and grow stylists to help them reach their full potential.Scheduling & Staffing: Create efficient schedules that balance customer demand and team needs.Inventory Management: Ensure product levels are maintained and operations run smoothly.Maintain Standards: Uphold Great Clips standards for cleanliness, safety, and exceptional service.What You’ll Bring
A valid NH Cosmetology or Master Barber License (required)Proven leadership and strong communication skillsA positive attitude with a passion for developing people and teamsWhat We Offer
