Capilia Madison is Wisconsin's premier non-surgical hair restoration salon, helping men and women regain their confidence through customized hair replacement solutions. We're looking for someone who takes pride in creating an outstanding client experience while keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer serviceSchedule appointments and manage the salon calendarAnswer phones, emails, and client inquiriesProcess payments and maintain accurate client recordsBookkeeping and administrative tasks (QuickBooks experience is a plus)Inventory management and ordering suppliesAssist with marketing, social media, and special projectsSupport the owner with daily operations and business growthThe Ideal Candidate:

Friendly, professional, and dependableExceptionally organized with strong attention to detailComfortable with technology and learning new softwareExperience with bookkeeping, office management, or administrative supportExcellent communication and customer service skillsAble to multitask while maintaining a positive attitudeSelf-motivated and enjoys taking initiativeA background in the salon, beauty, or wellness industry is highly preferred. A cosmetology license or cosmetology education is a plus but not required.What We Offer:
