Lead all aspects of daily salon operationsRecruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales teamDrive membership growth, retail sales, and exceptional customer experiencesMotivate your team to achieve and exceed sales goalsMaintain a clean, welcoming, and professional salon environmentOversee scheduling, cash management, inventory, and operational excellenceBuild excitement in the community through local marketing and events
We're Looking For Someone Who
Has 2-3+ years of leadership or management experienceLoves coaching, mentoring, and developing peopleThrives in a sales-driven environment and enjoys exceeding goalsIs passionate about beauty, wellness, and helping customers feel confidentBrings positive energy, professionalism, and a strong work ethic every dayIs organized, dependable, and comfortable managing both people and operations
