Our locally family-owned and operated organization is looking for motivated Salon Managers who are passionate about helping other stylists grow and succeed. If you thrive in a leadership role, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Our managers earn $30-$40 per hour, including commission on services and products. We also offer comprehensive medical and retirement benefits, as well as you can earn PTO.

What you bring to the team
To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
