RESPONSIBILITIES: Enjoy working with children and families to create the best haircut experience Recruit, hire, and retain superior stylists and develop a culture of excellence, fun, and accountability Work directly with ownership to optimize the salon experience & financial success Coach and support team on technical and salon best practices Organize employee scheduling Operate Point-of-Sale software system Oversee and maintain the health and safety of customers by following the laws and rules set forth by the state board of cosmetology/barbering.
