We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Salon Manager to lead our team, elevate the guest experience, and help drive the growth of our business. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day salon operations including scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and floor management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of stylists and support staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences

• Manage stylist scheduling, time-off requests, and ensure optimal coverage at all times

• Handle guest relations, resolve complaints professionally, and maintain high client satisfaction and retention

• Monitor and drive retail sales performance, product knowledge, and upselling opportunities

• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training of new team members

• Track key performance metrics including service revenue, retail sales, and client retention rates

• Manage inventory — ordering, stocking, and controlling product levels for both back bar and retail

• Ensure salon compliance with PA cosmetology board regulations, sanitation standards, and safety protocols

• Collaborate with ownership on marketing, promotions, social media strategy, and local outreach

• Assist with payroll reporting, tip tracking, and basic financial oversight as directed by ownership

• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on education, growth, and excellence

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of salon management, retail management, or relevant operations leadership experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine guest-first mindset

• Proven ability to lead a team, manage conflict, and inspire performance

• Comfortable with salon booking software, point-of-sale systems, and basic reporting

• Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to grow with an independent salon

• PA Cosmetology License a plus, but not required — strong operators are welcome to apply
