Pay & Benefits:

Lead day-to-day salon operations with energy, professionalism, and attention to detailRecruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team that delivers outstanding customer service and sales resultsDrive memberships, retail sales, and service revenue through relationship-building and proven sales strategiesCreate a clean, welcoming, and positive environment customers loveMonitor sales performance, manage budgets and cash handling, and oversee daily administrative tasksBuild community awareness through local marketing and in-store promotionsQualifications:
